Monday, April 24th
Monday of the sixth week, I put my main focus on getting the Cliboard menu UI to a playable state. This involved a lot of animation work alongside Felicia, as we were having some very strange and annoying issues. Casper and I also tried a couple of ways to enable player interactions with the UI, but to no avail.
Above, in order from left to right, a completed lamp by Wille, completed bed by Loke and a bunch of speedprops by Felicia.
Tuesday, April 25th
I managed to get the entire save system base fully functional.
Progress on Greta, the beginning of an armchair, the basement and animation progress.
Wednesday, April 26th
Wednesday I worked on the clipboard, trying to fix some issues caused by the VR interactions. I also implemented more of the settings and menus, as well as getting VR interactions to work.
A bunch of basement assets by Felcia, the armchair by Wille, and a sofa by Loke.
Thursday, April 27th
My entire thursday was spent sorting out some bugs in various places and trying to fix an issue with the clipboard. After working with the clipboard for most of the day and not being able to fix the issue, I let it be.
Cellar props by Felicia, cane and dagger by Wille, rocking chair by Ellinor, and a Greta animation by Oskar and Theo.
Friday, April 28th
When we started working Friday morning, the clipboard was working again. We decided it was an Unreal issue. I then started helping out with bugfixes in preparation for the beta showcase and made some start and end screens. I also made some changes in the save system to allow displaying the player's progress to them.
Props for the exterior by Felicia, and a couple of lamps by Ellinor.
